The Prenatal Series is a 4 week series focused on promoting wellness for the mother-to-be.
Gentle, pregnancy-appropriate asanas (yoga poses) help you improve your strength and flexibility and manage aches and pains related to pregnancy. Breathing practices teach you how to focus and relax in preparation for labor, birth and motherhood. Relaxation practices help you optimize your wellness.
This series is appropriate for beginners. Registration is limited to 10 participants, so please register early to secure your spot.
Classes are 75 minutes long and meet once a week for four weeks. The Prenatal Series fee is $60 and includes a free mat rental.
New Prenatal Series start up every month, so please make sure to register for a series that fits your schedule. Missed Prenatal Series classes cannot be made up. Please see our Studio Policies page for details.
